I Forgot To Enter My Discount Code

2. Discount code reimbursement or future use

If the discount code was a personalized coupon provided by us before your purchase, we can reimburse you an amount equivalent to that coupon.

If the code was an after-purchase or promotional offer, it cannot be applied retroactively and will be valid for future purchases only.
